• New Rheem or Goodman condenser with 10 year all parts warranty
• Disconnect box with manual disconnect 240 volt 60 amp
• Power supply from disconnect box to condenser 3 wire 10 gauge
• Pad for condenser to sit on
• Leveling agent for condenser pad
• Hookup to existing utilities
• Cooper and fitting to install to existing utilities
• Evacuate system
• Install Acid Away if needed due to burnout
• Start up system and adjudt as needed for proper operation
• R-22 or R-410 refrigerant to charge system to factor specs
• Tag unit for future reference
• Fill out warranty paper work and register unit online for customer

Indoor Installation

• Install new Rheem or Goodman air handler
• Install heater kit either 15 or 20 Kw, 240 volt with breaker kitEmergency drain pan with 3/4 outlet fitting
• Install new 3/8 filter drier just before going into unit
• Honeywell whole house filtration system 20x20 or 20x25
• Leave extra filter for future use on top of unit
• Install overflow protection in drain pan and wire up
• Hook up to exisiting ductwork and utilitiesInstall new Honeywell digital thermostat is customer would like
• Start up and adjust system as needed
• Fill out warranty paperwork and register unit online for customer
• Show customer new sustem, get approval of installation and answer any questions they may have and make any adjustments
